Shannon Ridge Winery
Shannon Ridge 2008 Sauvignon Blanc-
Pale green-gold hue with fresh scents of Lime,
mineral and cut grass. Crisp acidity anda juicy
flavors of Lemon and Lime. Hints of grapefruit
frame the refreshing close. Pair with some
Creamy Pasta dishes, light chicken salads,
fish or Tangerine pork dishes.
Shannon Ridge 2007 Zinfandel- Pretty much
a perfect wine. Has aromas of Huckleberry,
White mocha, and Creamy vanilla with
explosive flavors of Raspberry, Strawberry,
Cloves and traces of White pepper. In the
mouth it's bold, well balanced with a
wonderfully long finish. Pair with you favorite
BBQ, hamburgers or pizza.
